What happens if I return the car late?
Please return the car at the same time slot it was delivered. It should also be in the same fuel level and cleanliness condition as when received to avoid additional charges.

What if I damaged the car and didn't get insurance?
Your first priority should be to report the incident to the police and obtain an official police report. Be sure to take clear photos of any damage. Once this is done, please contact us immediately via

What documents do I need as a tourist vs. a UAE resident?
Tourist Visa:
Physical home country driver’s license
Passport and visa stamp or flight ticket (if entered via E-gates)
Some nationalities may also need an international license
Resident Visa:
Physical Emirates ID and UAE driver’s license
If your UAE license is less than 6 months old, your home country license is also accepted.

What's the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time. If you cancel within the delivery time slot, a cancellation fee will apply. Will I get charged for every scratch when I return the car?
No. We document the car's condition when it's delivered to you, and we do the same when you return it. You're only responsible for damage that happens during your rental period, not pre-existing wear and tear. Take photos/videos during handover for your own peace of mind.

How long does it take for my booking to be approved after submission?
Typically, bookings are processed within a few hours after all required documents have been submitted and verified. Business hours are Monday to Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

What’s included in the rental fee?
The price includes the vehicle, basic insurance, scheduled maintenance and roadside assistance. Salik, fuel, and fines are not included.
